Remarks:

1. Since the above quotation is based on English, prices for Japanese, French, Russian and Spanish shall be 30% to 50% more and prices for other languages shall be subject to consultation.
2. The number of characters of the translation text shall be calculated according to the number provided by the computer and those texts with less than 1,000 characters shall be calculated as 1,000 characters.
3. The translation of certificates (licenses, passports, notarial deeds, appraising sheets, trust deeds, invitation letters, shipping lists, application forms, etc.) shall be charged by piece. About 100 to 150 yuan shall be charged for each English piece and prices for other languages shall be subject to consultation on the basis of the English pieces. Prices for the special texts and the urgent texts shall also be subject to consultation.
4. Since the normal daily progress is 2,000 to 3,000 Chinese characters, 30% to 60% more shall be charged for such special documents as urgent documents and legal documents.
5. Translation of drawing sheets shall be charged according to the industry standard, i.e. yuan per sheet of A4 drawing and yuan per sheet of A3 drawing.
6. Prices for long-term clients are subject to consultation.
